Simple!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Many people feel it\u2019s easier to keep focused on the present moment while doing a Walking Meditation &#8211; this means the mind is less busy trying to distract from the Meditation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It can also help with the mind\/body connection.
