In some upcoming posts, I&#8217;ll go into the meaning of these words for those of you who are new to &#8216;Yoga speak&#8217;. This word has a very similar meaning to the word <strong>Sangha<\/strong>. <strong>Sangha is often used in Buddhist circles<\/strong> to describe a group of Buddhists studying and practicing together or a spiritual community. Whereas <strong>Kula is less specific<\/strong> and could also refer to a tribe or even a village of people.
