You Know That Calm, Peaceful, Centered Feeling You Get After Yoga Class..?
Imagine how you would feel after a weekend of Yoga and Meditation.
Have you been really busy and overwhelmed with life stuff?
Are you feeling like you’re at the beck and call of everyone else?
Are you craving dedicated quiet time for just you?
Would you like to experience the healing powers of Yoga, and Have a little Yoga Vacation,
so you can feel calmer, more centered, more like the real you?
Has it felt like a long cold winter? Are you longing for spring?
Here’s a little secret …springtime comes early in Victoria, yup it’s true (we already have cherry blossoms blooming).
It really is the most magical time of year, so much green so many flowers the likes of which I hadn’t ever seen before I moved here.
It’s no wonder Victoria is often referred to as Canada’s Hawaii!
I would love to share Victoria’s spring with you! And hey, while we are at it, wanna do some Yoga? 😉
So here is what I have planned for you, an urban retreat in Victoria, BC On Victoria Day (May) Long weekend
> Friday, May 15, 7:00-9:00 pm
> Saturday, May 16, 11:00 am to 12:30
> Saturday, May 16, Yoga Movie Night 7:30-9:30 pm
> Sunday, May 17, 5:30 -7:00
> Monday, May 18, 9:30-11:30 am
This is the perfect introduction to Yoga retreats, with no major time commitment, no international travel. Just quality time with yourself to relax, restore, and deepen your practice and spend some time in one of Canada’s most charming cities.
“At First, I wasn’t sure about the time, cost and transportation, but in the end, it was an opportunity that I did not want to miss and everything fell into place.
My mind, body and, spirit were totally satisfied and taken care of. It was a wonderful opportunity to indulge and submerge myself in two of the most important things in my life-Yoga and Meditation. I feel stronger because of it. I would attend the retreat again and, I would recommend the retreat without hesitation. In fact, I have already done so.”

I’m going to leave the flights hotels and meals up to you choose (other than Snacks for the movie night).
I have rented space at one of the studios I teach at called Moksana which is right downtown.
The address is 613 Pandora.
Moksana has all the props we could ever want. Including mats so you can travel light and leave your mats at home.
“I would attend this retreat again and would recommend it. It’s restorative and informative and I can guarantee everyone needs a time out in their lives for a retreat like this. I gained lots of insight into the state of my own physiology, my emotions, energy levels through the various yoga and meditation sessions during this retreat.”
