 Tuesdays Therapeutic Yin Yang (In Person)

In this workshop series, we practice the harmonizing of Yin and Yang. We start with a grounding and centering. Then we slow-flow through therapeutic (beginner-friendly) movements to gently increase circulation and strengthen our body (Yang). Then we settle into stillness and long holds and a (guided) Nidra practice for deep nervous system support.

Candle Light Yin Yoga

Cozy up by candlelight and find stillness in long-held, floor-based postures of Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is characterized by the relaxed practice of floor shapes using the support of props when needed for three to five minutes at a time.  These still, long-held floor-based poses invite in a deep stretch and a new sense of spaciousness and relaxation in the body. In Yin Yoga, we gently coax the mind to be present and aware through this stillness and sensation in the body, building mental resiliency from the inside out.

Fridays 5:30- 6:45 pm and Sundays 7:45-9:00 pm at MA
